(57) A silver halide photographic light-sensitive material comprises a light-sensitive
silver halide emulsion layer containing silver halide grains, said emulsion having
been ultrafiltrated, wherein said silver halide grains have an aspect ratio of 2 to
less than 5 and have an average silver chloride content of not less than 30 mol%.
