(57) A support assembly for printing plate-holder cylinders, particularly in flexographic printing machines, including a first (1) and a second (2) shoulders that form seats (4,5) for rotatably supporting the ends of a printing plate-holder cylinder (3), at least one of the seats (4) being formed by an upper bracket (10) connected to a lower bracket (13), the upper bracket (10) being overturnable about a first axis (11) that is substantially parallel to the axis of the seat and the lower bracket (13) being arranged at the end of an arm (12) that can be turned over about a second axis (20) that is substantially perpendicular to the first axis (11).
