1. Cooking knife with two edged parts of only blade consists of a plastic oblong hollow
inside shell haft formed by an upper half-shell (1) and a lower half-shell (2) to
be jointed with welding line (3) into which a blade (5) is provided, articulated on
a pin joint (4) passing into the hole (5a) of the blade, characterized in that:
- said blade is to be alternatively moved by hand till one of the two running ends:
a front running end (6a) and a back running end (6b) of the slot (6) provided into
into the lower half-shell (2);
- said manual moving to bring in position, on the front running end (6a) with the
blade in total opening, a straight saw-toothed edged part (5b) and, on the back running
end (6b) with the bladein partial re-entry into the shell haft, a half-moon shaped
with inside bending edged part (5c) coming to complete the blade having the same cutting
way of the saw-toothed edged part;
- the blade (5) to be blocked in position on the running ends by fitting up of a constraint
means consists of an iron leaf spring (7) to be supported on one end between the half-shells
(1 and 2) and on the other end through an its hook by a lever (8) to be moved on joint
(9) and to be started by a push-button (10) through a flatbed body (11) on that the
hook (12) of the leaf spring (7) comes to press;
- at the reaching of the blade (5) near one of the running ends, owing to the push
given in rotation by the one of the rises (5d or 5e) depending of which of the two
running ends (6a or 6b) comes to act, the arising of the leaf spring (7) is determined
and said leaf spring (7) goes in winding till a release blocking to be actuated by
fitting of one of the rises (5d or 5e) into the hole (13) of the leaf spring (7);
- to bring the blade (5) on the other running end through the push-button (10) the
leaf spring (7) is arisen so permitting to one of the rises (5d or 5e) to be extracted
form the hole (13) of the same leaf spring (7).
