(57) A normally closed valve (16) is located downstream of the oil separator (14) to insure that sufficient oil pressure builds up to lubricate the compressor (12). The valve (16) is responsive to the differential pressure between discharge and economizer (20) such that throttling takes place over a limited portion of the operating envelope.
