Description

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION.

[0001] The following invention, as it is expressed in the enunciated of this descriptive report, consists of a improved device for subjection of washing machine tanks, being of the type of those which are shaped by a spring that by one of its extremes is fixed to the framework of the tank and by its other extreme is anchored to the washing machine chassis.

[0002] The developments introduced in the elements for the hanged subjection of the washing machines tanks are based on the incorporation of a pair of bodies which are joint to the extremes of a simple spring, causing an important economic saving.

[0003] Definitively, it is dealed with simplify the elements of suspension of the washing machine tanks reducing its economic cost, having a bigger duration and being perfectly reliable, because it is avoided the lateral movement that the conventional springs acquire in the process of washing and mainly, in the process of centrifuged.

FIELD OF APPLICATION.

[0004] Just as it has been said, the improvements are introduced in the elements of subjection of the tanks of the washing machines, being also applicable in all kind of tanks, to maintain them in hanged position, because during the process of washing and mainly during the process of centrifuged, the forces that are exercised on the drum cause its displacement. It must be tried this displacement will be the smallest, already as the drum can not stay in static fixe position because of the aforementioned cicumstance.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION.

[0005] Generally speaking, a high percentage of the washing machines tanks stay fastened through a pair of shock absorbers placed in both sides under the tank and in inclined position, and a pair of springs placed over the tank.

[0006] In this way, the pair of shock absorbers are joint to the body of the tank through one of their extremes and their other extreme is joint to the chassis of the own washing machine,so that these anchorages are highly reliable and maintain the tank in position, but the pair of springs, that also are anchored to the tank through one of their extremes and to the chassis of the washing machine through their other extreme, do not maintain the same safety of anchorage as the shock absorbers what cause lateral displacements of the tank, like a nod.

[0007] On the other hand, the utilized springs have a high cost because their extremes must be terminated like a hook and must be made with lukewarm steel to avoid their breaking as consequence of the efforts that they have to bear.

[0008] The subjections from the springs to the own washing machine tank are materialized during its process of manufacture, and in its assembly only it is necessary to do the anchorage.

[0009] Therefore, the first difficulty of the conventional springs that are used to anchor the washing machines tank is their high cost , because the execution of their extremes like a hook and the fact of being made with lukewarm steel increase considerably their cost.

[0010] Furthermore, as the washing machines tanks suffer a lateral displacement like a nod in the process of washing and mainly in the process of centrifuged, it must exist a free space to avoid that the tank could beat on the elements of the washing machine being produced a deterioration or breaking.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION.

[0011] In the present report is described a improved device destined to the hanged subjection of the washing machines tanks that it is constituted by a pair of pieces which are joint to the extremes of a spiral spring, so that the pieces that are joint to the extremes of the spiral spring are constituted by a cylindrical body of small height that is endowed in relationship to one of its bases of a cylindrical body ndowed in its lateral surface of a spiral decrease of semicircular section, while in relationship to its other base, it is provided of a projection that has a passing orifice.

[0012] In this way, there are respective pieces joint to the extremes of the spiral spring according to the described structure, being the union materialized when the extreme helixs of the spring are threaded in the spiral decrease of the prolongation of cylindical form,so that it is produced a bigger force of tie on the extreme pieces when the spring is stretched.

[0013] Thus, we obtain an element of anchorage for washing machines tanks with a decreased cost, because the manufacture of the spiral spring is very simple and it does not need any treatment, as it happens with the conventional springs usually utilized.

[0014] The union among the extreme pieces and the spring is accomplished in the form of threaded, remaining the extreme helixs of both sides of the spring on the corresponding spiral stops of both pieces, to assemble the element defined through the prolongation endowed of the passing orifice and defined among pairs of lugs of the tank and the chassis of the washing machine and with the corresponding bolt bridge, avoiding the nod that is produced in the tank during the process of washing.

[0015] In order to complement the description that goes to be accomplish and to help to understand its characteristics. this descriptive report is enclosed for a set of planes made up of figures that represent, in a way illustrative and not limitative, the most significant details of the invention described in the present report.

BRIEF DESCRIPTIONS OF THE DESIGNS.

[0016] Figure 1. It shows us a elevation view of the piece that is joint to the extremes of the spiral spring. It is observed this spring is formed by a cylindrical body with a spiral decrease of semicircular section that is joint through its like a threaded, while in contrast to the said body, it has a projection endowed of a passing orifice.

[0017] Figure 2. It shows us the plan view of the piece that is joint to the extremes of the spiral spring like a threaded.

[0018] Figure 3. It shows us a elevation view of a spiral spring with a piece of subjection placed in each one of its extremes. It is observed the union is accomplished like a threaded of such piece. on the extreme helixs of the spring.

[0019] Figure 4. It shows us a schematic view of the way of holding in hanged position a washing machine tank, so that the pair of shock absorbers remain placed in the lower part and the pair of springs placed in the upper part such a way that each one of them is joint by one of its extremes to the body of the tank, and by its other extreme to the chassis.

DESCRIPTION OF A PREFERRED EMBODIMENT.

[0020] If we observe the previous figures and according to the adopted numbers, we can observe as the device (8) for the hanged subjection of the tank (9) to the chassis (10) of the corresponding washing machine, it is composed by a spiral spring (2) and a pair of pieces (1), so that these pieces (1) are joint to the spring through their two extremes. For that. the pieces (1) are formed by a cylindrical body (3) of small height endowed, in relationship to one of its bases, of a cylindrical body (4) provided with a smaller diameter that is endowed of a spiral decrease (5) in its lateral surface while it has a projection (6), in relationship to its other base, which has a passing orifice (7).

[0021] That piece (1) will be joint to the corresponding extreme of the spiral spring (2) when the extreme helixs of the spring are threaded in the spiral decrease (5) of the body (4) of the piece (1).

[0022] Once the pieces (1) are joint to the extremes of the spring (2), the assembly of the element (8) for the subjection of the tank (9) will be carried out, so that the projection (6) will remain placed between a pair of lugs - one of them placed in the body of the tank (9) and the other in the chassis (10) - so that the orifices of these lugs coincide with the orifice (7), and a bolt of anchorage will pass through those orifices.

[0023] Likewise, the tank (9) will remain hanged because of a pair of shock absorbers (11) which fasten the tank (9) in hanged position, with the help from the device (8).

[0024] If the hanged subjection ofthe tank (9) is accomplished in this way, the tank remains perfectly placed. being avoided during the process of washing the characteristic nod of the conventional tanks.

[0025] The spring (2) results very cheap because is a simple spiral body and moreover, it does not need any subsequent treatment. This spring accomplishes a perfect subjection on the pieces (1), because when its extremes are closed, they press on the body (4) where they are threaded around, causing a bigger pressure and impeding the liberation of the pieces.

[0026] With the utilization of the described device, it is obtained a hanged static fixing of the tank (9), with a very decreased cost and with total reliability so that it is allowed to have a minimal space among the tank and the other elements of the washing machine. In this way, the considerable movements or displacements that appears during the process of washing and mainly during the process of centrifuged can be avoided.
