(54) A cylinder cleaning device and cleaning fabric receiving device


(57) A cleaning fabric take-up shaft (27) is arranged within a range in which a cleaning fabric take-up roll (70) to be rolled on the cleaning fabric take-up shaft (27) interferes with a cleaning fabric receiving portion (4) for receiving a cleaning fabric supply element (3). A portion of the cleaning fabric receiving portion (4), as faced by the cleaning fabric take-up shaft (27), is equipped with a movable bottom member (17) so that the shape of the cleaning fabric receiving portion (4) is physically changed in a direction to increase the diameter of the cleaning fabric take-up roll (70). In according to the increase in the diameter of the cleaning fabric take-up roll, the outer surface of the roll is brought into abutment against the bottom member so that it is raised.
