(57) Apparatus and method of forming an opening through a tubular structure (28j) disposed within a subterranean well. The apparatus (330) comprises a cutting device (350) disposed within a tubular housing and a displacement device for displacing the cutting device (350) radially relative to the housing. The cutting device (350) is adapted to cut through the tubular structure (28j).
