[0001] The present invention concerns a modular seizing device for sliding traction, for
roll-up shutter belts, that automatically hooks the belt, considerably easing the
roll-up and shut-down manoeuvres of said roll-up shutters.
[0002] The difficulty in the manual seizing of the belts for performing the traction and
sliding of the roll-up and shut-down of the roll-up shutters is well known.
[0003] As it has been learned by common experience, no improvement has been made in the
use of roll-up shutters since the invention of the same, in spite of their widespread
diffusion.
[0004] For solving above mentioned need, very expensive and complicated electromechanical
devices are known, besides the one claimed in document DE 80 13 932 U (Weiss) describing
a service handle for roll-up shutters and belts with a blocking system in which a
guide is provided open on one side for the insertion of the belt, and a holding bracket
connected to a lever which, by means of a spring, operates a blocking device.
[0005] It is the aim of the present invention to facilitate the rolling up and shutting
down of the roll-up shutters, providing a comfortable manual seizing that allows to
make use of less energy and without performing complicated manoeuvres, due to the
automatism of a hooking along the transmission belt, with a device that may be composed
around the belts and without blocking levers.
[0006] The aim set forth is reached by means of the device according to the present invention
as defined in claim 1, consisting of two structures that may be composed during their
installation onto the belt of a roll-up shutter, so as to realize a knob with anatomic
grasping crossed by a groove in which said belt slides.
[0007] Inside said groove a recess is performed wherein a manual pressure element is housed
which has the function of hooking the belt.
[0008] The evident advantages of the device according to the present invention consist in
the extreme easiness, practicalness and efficiency.
[0009] The device according to the present invention will be described more in detail hereinbelow
relating to the enclosed drawings which show an embodiment thereof.
[0010] Figure 1 shows an axonometric, transparency view of a modular seizing device for
sliding traction, for roll-up shutter belts, that may be installed around the belt
of a roll-up shutter.

[0012] The enclosed figures show a modular seizing device for sliding traction, for roll-up
shutter belts, mainly consisting of:
- two modular structures (1), preferably half-cylindrical or with an anatomic shape,
that may be disposed around a belt (C) housed in an internal groove (2) arranged in
said structures (1), so as to form a handle, wich is formed by the insertion of small
projecting pins (3), provided on an internal face of one of said structures (1), into
corresponding holes (4) arranged in the other;
- a pressure element (5) housed inside one of said structures (1) and provided with
means for facilitating the gripping of said belt (C) passing inside, like tabs (6)
acting by manual pressure so as to enable the squeezing of said belt (C) with the
internal shape (8) of the opposite structure;
- a rectangular opening (7), or of other shape, arranged in the surface of one of said
structures (1) and through which said pressure element (5) projects without completely
coming out, due to the presence of an inclined trapezoidal shape, that defines a stop.
[0013] For what concerns the functioning of the device according to the present invention,
the operation of temporary blocking of the belt, necessary for performing the manoeuvres,
is obtained by means of manual pressure onto said element 5, so that said tabs 6,
taking hold of said belt C by friction, allow the traction thereof; when releasing
said element 5, the device may be lifted along said belt C for a further traction
phase.
[0014] It is evident that the described blocking may be obtained also with pressure elements
of different shapes, with spheres or other, and with recesses obtained in different
ways, according to the used element.
[0015] Furthermore, it is possible to obtain the described effect also with a plurality
of elements working in parallel.
1. A modular seizing device for sliding traction for roll-up shutter belts, comprising
a guide for inserting the belt and a mechanic blocking means,
characterized in:
- two modular structures (1), preferably half cylindrical or with an anatomic shape,
that may be disposed around a belt (C) housed in an internal groove (2) arranged in
said structures (1), so as to form a handle, which is formed by the insertion of small
projecting pins (3), provided on an internal face of one of said structures (1), into
corresponding holes (4) arranged in the other;
- a pressure element (5) housed inside one of said structures (1) and provided with
means for facilitating the gripping of said belt (C) passing inside, like tabs (6)
acting by manual pressure so as to enable the squeezing of said belt (C) with the
internal shape of the opposite structure;
- a rectangular opening (7), or of other shape, arranged in the surface of one of
said structures (1) and through which said pressure element (5) projects without completely
coming out, due to the presence of an inclined trapezoidal shape, that defines a stop.
2. A device according to claim 1, characterized by a pressure element (5) inside the handle, placed in a recess that allows the joint
thereof with said tabs (6) for the temporary blocking action of the belt.
3. A device according to claim 1, characterized by pressure elements (5) of different shapes and/or provided with small spheres or recesses.
1. Zusammensetzbare Eingriffvorrichtung zum Gleitbahren Zischen von Rolladen, bestehend
aus einer Führung zum Einsetzen des Bandes und einem mechanischen Blockierungsmittel,
gekennzeichnet durch:
- zwei vorzugsweise halbzylindrische oder gleichförmige, zusainmensetzbare Strukturen
(1), die dazu geeignet sind, um einen Riemen (C) angebracht zu werden, der durch eine innere Rille (2) lauft, die in besagter Struktur (1) vorgesehen ist, derart,
dass ein Griff ausgebildet wird, der durch Einführung kleiner, nach aussen gebogener Zapfen (3) erhalten wird, die auf einer
inneren Seite einer der besagten Strukturen (1) vorhanden sind, und zwar in dementsprechenden
Öffnungen (4), die auf der anderen Struktur vorhanden sind;
- ein Druckelement (5), das innerhalb einer der besagten Strukturen vorgesehen und
mit Mitteln versehen ist um den Eingriff besagten, im Inneren verlaufenden Riemens
(C) zu erleichtern, in der Art von Flügeln (6), wobei dieses Element durch Handdruck wirkt und zwar derart, dass eine Einschnürung des Riemens (C) mit der inneren
Ausbildung der gegenüberliegenden Struktur (1) erreicht wird;
- eine rechteckige oder andersförmige Öffnung (7), die auf der Oberflache einer der
besagten Strukturen (1) vorgesehen ist und durch welche sich besagtes Druckelement (5) nach aussen biegt, ohne dabei vollständig austreten
zu können, und zwar dank der Gegenwart einer Trapezoidahlen, abgeschrägten Ausbildung,
die als Sperrung dient.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch ein Druckelement (5) innerhalb des Griffes, das in einer Aussparung vorgesehen ist,
die die Einspannung mit den Flügeln (6) zur zeitweisen Blockierung des Riemens erlaubt.
3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch Druckelemente (5) verschiedener Formen und/oder versehen mit Kugeln oder Aussparungen.

qui comprenne un guide pour l'insertion du ruban et un moyen mécanique de blocage,
caractérisé par:
- deux structures (1) a composer, préférablement demi cylindriques ou conformées,
aptes à être disposées autour d'une courroie (C) qui passe à travers d'une cannelure
(2) inférieure, réalisée dans dite structure (1), de façon à former une poignée. obtenue
au moyen de l'insertion de petites chevilles extroversions (3), présentes sur un coté
intérieur d'une de dites structures (1) dans trous (4) correspondants réalisés sur
l'autre structure;
- un élément de pression (5) dispose à l'intérieur d'une de dites structures (1) et
doté de moyens pour rendre plus facile l'accrochage de dite courroie (C) qui passe
à l'intérieur, du type à ailettes (6), qui agit par pression manuelle de façon à obtenir
la striction de la courroie (C) avec la conformation intérieure de la structure (1)
opposée;
- une ouverture rectangulaire (7) ou d'autre forme, prévue sur la surface d'une de
dites structures (1) et au travers de la quelle dit élément de pression (5) s'extrovertis
sans pouvoir sortir complètement par la présence d'une conformation trapézoïdale inclinée
qui fait fonction d'arrêt,
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par un élément de pression (5) à l'intérieur de la poignée, disposé dans un renfoncement
qui permet l'assemblage avec les ailettes (6) pour le blocage temporaire de la courroie.
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par des éléments de pression (5) de formes différentes et/ou pourvues de petites sphères
ou renfoncements.
