(57) A yarn winding device that is able to change the winding state applied to both the large diameter part and small diameter part of the cone package using a simple system.
A winding system connected to a motor and a traverse system driven by that motor are connected via a speed change system arranged such that the traverse speed may be changed. The speed change system is able to change the speed change ratio non-gratuatedly by using non-aligned shafts which are able to control the amount of eccentricity.
