(57) The device has a shutter (21) for opening and closing the discharge valve (11); a
float (22) connected to the shutter (21) and for delaying closing of the valve (11);
a rocker arm (47) connected to the shutter (21); and a pair of elements (56, 57) hinged
to the rocker arm (47). The elements (56, 57) are activated alternatively, by a control
member (55) fitted to a button (36), to respectively open the valve (11) and close
the valve following partial discharge. The rocker arm is in the form of a rectangular
frame (47), while each element is defined by two arms (58, 59) connected by a crosspiece
(61). The frame (47) carries two tongues (68, 69) for pushing the elements (56, 57)
into an engaged position defined by a vertical rib (66) of a fixed structure (23).
The fixed structure has two arms (24), and a crosspiece (26) in which a sleeve (31)
for fastening a cup-shaped support (37) of the button (36) slides but is not allowed
to rotate.
