(57) There is provided a sintered silicon carbide with graphite added thereto having excellent
lubrication characteristics. The sintered silicon carbide with graphite added thereto
contains 10-30 wt.% of natural graphite flakes having an average grain size of 8-100
µm and the remainder silicon carbide and a sintering aid, and having a relative density
of 80-92%.
