AIM OF THE INVENTION
[0001] This descriptive memorandum is related to an application of Model of relative Use
to an improved disposition applicable to doors with glass, whose clear aim is to make
easier and simplify the replacement of the glass which are incorporated on the same
body of the door avoiding this way the usual form rather complicated, which is totally
different when it is placed in the body of the door.
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0002] This invention is applicable in the industry dedicated to the manufacturing of doors,
especially doors with glass.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0003] The improved disposition applicable to doors with glass, which the invention proposes,
is itself something very new in the area of this application, because with the use
of this disposition applicable to doors with glass, one can reduce the operations
derived from the replacement of the own glass.
[0004] More concretely, the disposition applicable to doors with glass, is formed, having
a door with a front and back face, shaped with covering sheets of any material, including
plastic, wooden, metal (or others) sheets. Showing all the doors as common a central
area with an open place with locks, in which the glass is incorporated, with the .possibility
of more than one place to hold the glass, with or without the helping of mouldings.
It shows in the interior of the body a place that you can get in from the corners,
made of the same material ( or similar) of the door, which is put in between the two
covering sheets, building an access area. Through it, one puts the glass in.
[0005] Externally the door shows in the perimetral area of the openings, mouldings of any
material or form. Between them one makes the incorporation of the glass or also other
thing that work as holders of the glass, made with the material that one considers
in each moment.
[0006] When the time of replacing a new glass because the previous one was broken, or simply
to change the ornament, the worker only will take out the glass through the opening
of a piece of access to the interior to be replaced by a new one.
[0007] The same way one can reach the complementary holes, in which you can put the glass
in, whose access will be at the sides, putting the glass in the right place for it,
having taken aside the pieces that lock it which can optionally not to have the covering
sheets, making an area of access having the door hard wooden or similar material.
DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES
[0008] To complement the description it is being done, and with the aim of helping for a
better understanding of the characteristics of this invent, two plans are enclosed
with the finality of ilustrating, and it is represented the following.
[0009] Figure number 1: It shows a perspective view of the superior face of a sheeted door,
in which the incorporation of the improved disposition applicable to doors with glass
has been made.
[0010] Figure number 2: It shows a view in perspective of the part of the door represented
in figure number 1, in which it is incorporated the disposition of the invention,
being possible to appreciate the area of access, and introduction of the glass and
the piece of locking.
[0011] Figure number 3: It shows a perspective view of the object represented in figure
number 2, in the right moment in which the extraction of the glass is being made.
It is going to be replaced by another through the hole which is free after the extraction
of the piece of closing.
[0012] Figure number 4: It shows a similar view to the represented in figures 2 and 3, in
the right moment the fixation of the glass, which has been replaced, is being made.
[0013] Figure number 5: To finish it shows a view in plant of doors whithout sheeting, in
which the incorporation of the object of this invention has been given, when the door
is formed without the covering sheet, and being able to incorporate several areas
with glasses.
PREFERABLE REALIZATION OF THE INVENTION
[0014] Watching these figures one can observe, as the improved disposition applicable to
doors with glass, is constituted in a door (1), which is in the core (3) of any nature,
preferible wood, redressed in its both front and back sides (2) and (2'), respectively,
by sheets of any material, included wood, plastic, metal, etc. It shows a quite wide
opening which can close (7) in which a glass is placed (4) kept by a perimetral covering
(5), which can be formed by mouldings of any material: jonquils or even a body of
any nature tahat shows the possibility of being applicated as nex of retention of
the glass incorporated between the two perimetral elements which are round the opening
where the glass is placed.
[0015] In order to make easier the extraction of the glass (4) of the central part of the
door (1), has been taken into account the incorporation in an area of the core (3)
, an opening which is located between the two sheet covering (2) and (2'), through
which the extraction and replacement of the glass is done, opening which will be blocked
afterwords by a piece which has got a similar measure and thickness, and even the
same material.
[0016] Paying attention to the figures (2) and (3), it is observed that between the sheets
(2) and (2') and in the core, the extraction of a piece has been made (6), with it
one has a hole of direct access to the glass (4); through it the extraction of it
is made. As can be seen in figure number 3, allowing the reincorporation of the same
through the hole (7); as can be seen in figure (4) and the glass is just put in.
[0017] Watching figure number (5), it is observed, as optionally, the door built without
sheet coverings (2) and (2'), and made as a general core (3). It allows the previous
extraction from the body (6), a direct access to the area (7) where the glass is placed
in, (4), being possible to implement a door with several areas with places for glass
(7) and (7') where ornamental glass is incorporated (4) and (4'), and pieces of supplementary
fixation, placed at the sides are incorporated (6) and (6').
[0018] It is not necessary to extend this description because any expert in the matter understand
the reach of this invention and all the advantages which are derived from it.
[0019] The materials, forms, size and disposition of the elements can vary, always it doesn't
make any change in the essenciality of the invent.
[0020] The terms in which this memo has been written will have to be taken as a wide character
and not as limitative.
1. Improved disposition applicable to doors with glass, adressed especially to make easier
the replacement of the glass incorporated and doors formed by a central core (3) of
any nature, covered by wooden, plastic or metal sheets in its front and back side
(2) and (2'), showing the central part a holed and closing part (7), where the glass
is incorporated, having the glass a perimetral covering, incorporated on both sides
of the door (1), shaping a moulding, jonquil or something of the same nature, characterized
because to the core, an extraction of material, in a part which faces the area, is
done (7). There the glass is incorporated (4), in a similar way to the rest of the
core not covered by the glass, showing an acces between the shapes (2) and (2') through
it the placement or extraction of the glass is done (4).
2. Improved disposition applicable to doors with glass, as the first claim, characterized
because the door, optionally, can be made in a hard monoblock material, without sheet
covering (2) and (2'), shaping the disposition as a piece of identical material to
the rest of the door (1), which complements the area not covered by the glass, allowing
its extraction and let the glass access to the area of placement with or without mouldings
(5).
3. Improved disposition applicable to doors with glass, as the above claims, characterized
because the door (1) can optionally have more than an area (7) destinated to the incorporation
of glass (4) or (4'), showing besides the piece (6), similar complementary pieces
(6') of the area of the door.
