Wooden barrel fridge

Abstract

 The barrel fridge consists of the outer barrel (1) from chestnut wood, with inner stainless bucket (3), polyourethanes insulation (2), flow tap (5) and mouth with air filter-lid (4), with ventilation pipes (7) and sulphurous liquid (6) and it's fixed on case base (18), inside which there are the cooling machine and its accessories. The barrel (1) and the base-case (18) are painted and polished in the same tint of wood.
The barrel fridge can also have polyaethylanium sack inside, suitable for foods, instead of the stainless bucket (3), partitions so that different varieties of wine can be placed into it and can open a horizontal partition, while an electronic plaque can regulate the temperature and the fullness of the content.

Description

[0001] The present invention is mentioned to wooden barrel fridge, which has been invented, is constructed and disposed in market for the first time by us exclusively.

[0002] The barrel fridge of the invention consists of barrel, from chestnut wood, oak, beech or poplar one or plastic in imitation of wood, with stainless interior bucket with insulation and wooden base-case, inside which there are the cooling machine and its accessories.

[0003] The object of the invention will come across with reference to the accompanying designs, where it is shown representatively as a whole and with the details that constitute it where :

[0004] Specifically, the barrel fridge consists of the interior wooden barrel (1) from chestnut wood, with stainless interior bucket (3), polyourethanes insulation (2), flow tap (5) and mouth with air-filter lid (4), with ventilation pipes (7) and sulphurous liquid (6). The barrel fridge is fixed on a base-case (18) inside which there are freon compressor (19) with liquid pipe (20), transformer (21) compressor (22) with air filter (23) and capillary (24) ventilator (25), position for thermostat cigar (26) and position for thermometer cigar (27), while at the outer right side it has switch (11) ON-OFF for the function of the fulfillment pump thermometer (10) indicative of the interior temperature and socket (12) for the outer pump.

[0005] The barrel fridge can be divided inside into two, three or four chambers so that the possibility of conservation of different varieties of wine in the same barrel is provided, while besides the stainless bucket it can be opened from another point in order to receive plastic barrel full of wine which is replaced every time it empties.

[0006] Also, besides the stainless bucket (3) it may have inside one, two or three sacks from polyaethylaenio suitable for foods, with different varieties of wine, which has the advantage to keep the characteristics of wine unchangeable, because as the sack shrinks with the outflow of wine oxygen doesn't come in and so the wine isn't spoiled, while the freezing can also be achieved with element which is on the bottom part of the fridge and on its side, where the sack is adjoined or even with a ventilator (NO FROST). The barrel fridge can open horizontally in order for the replacement of the replacement of the sack or sacks to be facilitated.

[0007] At the support base the plaque which functions as a thermostat with temperature indication is situated, it has sound alarm that lasts 20", so that when the level reaches the 1/3 of the content it sounds and at the same time the lamp goes on and stays that way until the new payment of the barrel.

[0008] The metal box (bucket) (3), is surrounded inside or outside by freezing coil.

[0009] Finally, the barrel fridge can be constructed even from polyourethane in imitation of wood or plastic.

[0010] At that point it should be emphasized that any change of the described object by anyone will mean the copy and the unlawful competition that the sanctions which are anticipated by law bring upon.

Claims

1. Barrel fridge which is characterized by the fact that it consists of the outer wooden barrel (1) from chestnut wood with flow tap (5), mouth with air filter lid (4) with ventilation pipes (7) and sulphurous liquid (6), inside which a polyaethylaenium sack suitable for foods can be placed, which has the advantage to keep the characteristics of the wine unchanged, because during the outflow the sack shrinks and so admission of oxygen isn't permitted. The barrel (1) is fixed on a base-case (18) inside which there are, freon compressor (19) 1/6 HP (220 V) with liquid pipe (20), transformer (21) 12V DC, compressor (22) 1/6 with air filter (23) and capillary (24) 0,95 (3 meters), ventilator (25) 7W, position for thermostat cigar (26) and position for thermometer cigar (27), while at the outer side it has a switch (11) ON-OFF for the function of the fulfillment pump, thermometer (10) and female socket (12) 12V DC for the outer pump.

2. Barrel fridge, like in claim 1, which is characterized by the fact that it can be divided into two, three or four chambers so that the possibility of conservation of different varieties of wine in the same barrel fridge is provided.

3. Barrel fridge, like in claims 1 & 2, which is characterized by the fact that it opens with horizontal partition, to accept polyaethylenium sack or sacks suitable for foods, full of wines inside the heated place.

4. Barrel fridge, like in claims 1, 2, & 3, which is characterized by the fact that the freezing can also be achieved with element which is inside at the point where the sack or sacks, or even with ventilator (NO FROST) is adjoined, while at the point where the machine is supported electronic plaque is placed which functions like thermostat with temperature indication, sound alarm and lamp, so that when the level reaches the 1/3 of the content, the alarm sounds for 20" and the lamp flashes on and off at the same time which stays on until the barrel is newly paid.

5. Barrel fridge, like in claims 1, 2, 3, & 4, which is characterized by the fact that the metal pot-bucket (3), which the barrel contains is surrounded outside or inside by freezing coil.

6. Barrel fridge, like in claims 1, 2, 3, 4, & 5, which is characterized by the fact that besides the stainless bucket (3) it can open from one point to accept plastic barrel full of wine and replacement can be made when the barrel empties.

7. Barrel fridge, like in claims 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, & 6, which is characterized by the fact that it can be made from chestnut wood, oak, beech, poplar or any kind of wood or from polyourethane in imitation of wood or plastic and can have measurements F48 X 66 centimeters and capacity 65 litres, F40 X 50 centimeters and capacity 38 litres and F44 X 36 centimeters and capacity 23 litres.
