(57) A package comprises a tray (12) a pliant first membrane (14) sealed to the tray and a pliant second membrane (16) sealed to said tray over the first membrane, the membranes being secured at separate locations on the tray such that said membranes are substantially coplanar with one another, said second membrane (16) being removable from the tray independently of the first membrane (14).
