| (54) | Hand-operator binder with punch mechanism |
| (57) A hand- operated binder comprising : a base having a pair of snaps and a pair of
support projections disposed on one end of an upper surface of THE base with a spaced
and opposed relationship ; a jig table havng a generally planar upper surface and
a pair of side surfaces extending downward from the planar upper surface, the jig
table moving back and forth in a sliding contact with said base ; a punch mechanism
having a ram and a pair of cylindrical guide bars each disposed near the respective
support projections, the ram having a pair of spaced punch pins arranged in parallel
at opposed positions ; a handle having a planar portion for exerting a force and a
pair of plate members extending from the planar portion, each end of the plate members
being pivotally connected to the respective support projections by a pin, each plate
member being also pivotally connected to the ram by another pin ; a pair of hammers
connected to the handle to travel downward and upward ; a clamp having a suppressing
portion for suppressing the document ; and a position aligning means disposed in the
jig table having a pair of sliding bars and end uprights, teeth formed in the sliding
bars, and a pinion. |
