(57) It consists of an integrated circuit (6) made up of a power supply (7) connected by two wires plus the earth leakage one, signal receiver (8) connected in line to the RF amplifier (9), an AM detector (10), a LF amplifier (11), a computer (12), a decoder (13) and a power stage (14). The integrated circuit (6) is incorporated onto the motor-driven reducer (4) itself or onto its outlet shaft (3), of the awnings, window blinds or the like (1), being operated by means of a radio remote control (34) or a series or emitting sensors driven in turn by an anemometer (27), a photosensitor (28), a thermometer (29) and a rain detector (30).
