(57) A sports shoe which is particularly used in the practice of stunts such as the so-called "grinding". In the plantar arch region of the sole of the shoe a recess is provided which can be closed by means of a plate (6) having rounded sides (7) and at least one recess for rollers (12) which are associated thereat so as to move freely and partially protrude from the plate.
