frame in such a way that it is able to rotate, a propulsion unit inserted between
the supporting frame and the information-carrying unit, and furthermore, a central
unit for the control of the operation of the propulsion unit, the propulsion unit
has a driving part-unit, and a drive transfer structure connected to the driving part-unit,
the supporting frame has a cable channel, the driving part-unit is connected to the
central unit with the help of the connection cables situated in the cable channel.
The characteristic feature of the invention is that the information-carrying unit

independently, at least some of the display members (21, 22, 23) have independent
propulsion units (30) attached, which are separately connected to the central unit
