(57) Ventilation apparatus (10) having a room-air cooling and/or heating function and
comprising a high velocity device (11) for mixed ventilation, a low velocity device
(12) for displaced ventilation connected to said device (11), and valve means (20)
for guiding the air flow either to the high velocity device (11) or to the low velocity
device (12). The apparatus includes an ejector part (13) for receiving warm or cold
supply air as primary air. The ejector part (13) includes means (17) for sucking room
air into the ejector part (13) as secondary air, by means of said primary air, such
that a mixture of primary and secondary air will be delivered therefrom as primary
air either to the high velocity device (11) or to the low velocity device (12), depending
on the setting of the valve means (20). The high velocity device (11), the low velocity
device (12) and the ejector part (13) may be combined to form a single unit, with
the ejector part (13) placed uppermost and the low velocity device (12) placed lowermost.
The high velocity device (11) will preferably be provided with nozzles (16) for distributing
the supply/room-air mixture in the room space.
