(54) | Eccentric rotor |
(57) An eccentric rotor is provided in which a bearing is integrally formed with a commutator
itself so that the number of parts is reduced, the manufacturing cost is lowered and
mass production thereof is possible. The eccentric rotor includes a printed wiring
commutator base member (1) where a shaft installation hole (la) is formed at the centre
thereof and a plurality of segment patterns (1s) are formed at the periphery of one
surface thereof, and formed to be eccentric as an expanded fan viewed from a plane
to have an extension portion integrally formed with the segment patterns eccentric,
an air-core armature coil (3) integrally formed to be eccentric by an air-core armature
coil position determination guide toward the other surface of the printed wiring commutator
base member, an end connection portion (1b) of the air-core armature coil arranged
at the printed wiring commutator base member within a range of not deviating from
the turning circumference during rotation, a bearing portion inserted in the shaft
installation hole so that part thereof protrudes toward the segment pattern and simultaneously
the other part thereof is extended toward the other surface of the printed wiring
commutator base member, and a resin eccentric weight (2f) arranged at the printed
wiring commutator base member. |
