(54) NEW ARRANGEMENT OF AGITATORS APPLICABLE TO THE MOVEMENT OF HIGH SPECIFIC WEIGHT PRECIPITATION PRODUCTS

(57) A new arrangement of shakers, applicable to the movement of products having a high specific weight of precipitation, consisting of the incorporation in the interior of a tank (1), of two conventional submersible shakers (2) and (2') at the extremities of the tank (1), generating to flows put face to face (3) and (3') on a liquid mass (4), containing in suspension products of a high specific weight of precipitation.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present specification relates to a new arrangement of shakers, applicable to the movement of products having a high specific weight of precipitation, the evident purpose of which is to obtain, starting from same, that in the products incorporated inside a closed tank, and, of course, into which water is incorporated, bearing in suspension products having a high specific weight of precipitation, the final precipitation of the product on the inside parts of the tank far from the shakers will be avoided, so obtaining that the product will be processed in an adequate way.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0002] This invention will find application in the industry devoted to the manufacture of machines, apparatus and devices intended for the recovery of cement and concrete.

RELATED ART

[0003] It is known that, previous to the concrete hardening, the material remaining from a transport, such as the material remaining inside a concrete mixer, is incorporated into a tank, which, fitted with the appropiate protecting means, gets to recover the different products configuring it, such as, for example, fines, cement, - water, and so on.

[0004] For the recovery of cement powder, large tanks are used, which, fitted with shakers having greater or lesser power, get the cement in suspension in water to be moved, obtaining, on the one hand, a more or less purified water, while, on the other hand, the cement powder is obtained.

[0005] Nevertheless, it is a fact that even using shakers having a great power, the flow arisen from the shaker on the liquid bearing the cement in suspension, configured as a product having a high specific weight of precipitation, implies that the material incorporated into the water, the cement in this particular instance, precipitates into the zone more far from the shaker itself, generating a plurality of drawbacks in the recovery of cement powder.

[0006] An evident solution to the present problems in this matter, would be to rely on a tank inside it the cement powder with water could be incorporated; this solution, according to the characteristics of the shakers used, would obviate the mentioned problems on the precipitation.

[0007] However, the applicant is not aware of the existence at present of an invention fitted with the characteristics considered as suitable.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0008] The new arrangement of shakers, applicable to the movement of products having a high specific weight of precipitation as proposed by the invention, is configured per se as a solution having a great value as regards its application, since it obviates, in a clear and specific way , the drawbacks existing at present on this matter.

[0009] In a more concrete way, the new arrangement of shakers, applicable to the movement of products having a high specific weight of precipitation, object of the present invention, is configured starting from the incorporation in a tank having an appropiate volume, of two conventional submersible shakers, which, once located in a closed tank, and duly put face to face and positioned , every one, at each internal end of the tank, can avoid the final precipitation of the - product in the zone of the tank far from the shakers, which will provide the shaking sought for the desired purpose.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0010] In order to complement this description and to aid to a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, a sheet of drawings, as an integral part of same, is attached herewith, showing, by way of illustrative and non-limiting nature, the following:

Figure 1 shows a side elevational view, sectional, of a tank in the interior of which two conventional submersible shakers, configuring the invention, have been incorporated, in relation to a new arrangement of shakers, applicable to the movement of products having a high specific weight of precipitation..

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

[0011] In the light of Fig. 1 and only, it can be seen that the new arrangement of shakers, applicable to the movement of products having a high specific weight of precipitation of the invention, is constituted starting from the incorporation, at the ends of the internal area of a tank (5), of two conventional submersible shakers (2) and (2'), which are put face to face, in order to have, also face to face, their flows, and acting on a fluid mass (4), which has incorporated an indeterminate amount of a product having a high specific weight of precipitation, such as, for example, cement.

[0012] The performance of the two conventional submersible shakers (2) and (2'), configured in their flows (3) and (3'), determines that the product having a high specific weight of precipitation incorporated into the water (4) does not deposit on the extremities of the tank, the latter being kept in a continuous movement together with the water.

Claims

1. A new arrangement of shakes, applicable to the movement of products having a high specific weight of precipitation, characterized in that it is constituted starting from the incorporation, at the ends of the internal area of a tank (1), of two conventional submersible shakers (2) and (2'), put face to face and originating flows (3) and (3'), also face to face, on a fluid or water mass (4), containing in suspension products of a high specific weight of precipitation.
