(57) A box precursor which is generally flat, having preformed fold lines to allow it to be opened out to form a box. The box precursor has corner elements (8) which expand for form corner posts when the box precursor is opened out to form the box. The box precursor also having resistance elements (26) which on opening out of the box precursor provides resistance against the box collapsing towards its box precursor form.
