(57) A method for manufacturing electrical power cable within coil tubing (12) by integrating the installation of the electrical power cable (13) with the manufacture of the coil tubing (12). The present invention includes an electrical power cable (13) with sufficient thermal insulation to withstand the temperatures associated with the tubing manufacturing process. Following installation of the cable assembly in the coil tubing (12), the coil tubing (12) may be transported to an application site, and coupled to equipment, such as a submergible pumping system. The submergible pumping system may then be deployed by extension of the coil tubing (12) and cable assembly.
