[0001] Private Mobile Toilets and Showers with use of public or private supplies, are characterized
primarily by the fact that they are mobile, easy to adjust and remove and that they
may be installed in a certain place for a definite or indefinite period of time. The
innovation of the toilets and showers with their suitably tailored plumbing and electrical
installations, are linked directly to the public or private supplies i.e. central
sewer, water and electrical supply.
[0002] Greek patent N° 1002769 to the present applicant discloses an arrangement including
such toilets, as defined in the preamble of appended claim 1, in which claim the addition
of the removable watertight partition within the manhole helps keep apart the sewer
and water supplies for better hygiene.
[0003] The advantage of this invention as defined by claim 1 is the rapid transport of the
toilets and showers to a precise place for a definite or indefinite period of time.
The mobile toilets and showers are fully equipped with suitably tailored plumbing
and electrical installations which are connected to public or private supplies. They
can thereby adequately aid the social need for cleanliness, hygiene and health factors
covering all outdoor gatherings (encampments of homeless, earthquake victims, refugees),
beaches, tourist sites and wherever there is a social need.
[0004] The private mobile toilets and showers with use of public or private supplies have
the characteristic that they can be installed for a definite or indefinite period
of time to a certain area where the special manhole has been provided for.
Figure 1 : Shows the method of connecting the toilets and showers to the public or private
supplies, the vertical incision of the road, pavement and manhole, the impervious
distinctive frame between water and sewage pipes in the manhole as well as the back
view of the toilets and showers.
Figure 2 : Shows the ground plan of the toilets and showers with the relevant equipment
Figure 3 : shows the side view of the toilets and showers and one of the methods of transportation.
[0005] The method of adjustments of this invention as well as its modifications are analyzed
in detail with references to the diagrams as following :
Figure 1 : Impervious distinctive frame 22 inside the manhole between the water supply and
the sewage connection. The selective pipe 19 of the mobile toilets and showers 16,
is connected with a double collar 5 with the flexible pipe 4, which is thereby connected
with a double collar 3, removing the airtight top 21, inside the manhole 11, through
concrete wall 12, with the pipe 2 directly to the central sewage 1. The water supply
starts from the main pipe 17 with a supply pipe 6, into the manhole 11 through the
gauge 7 connected through a flexible pipe 9, with the connecting switch 8, ends up
to the main water distribution pipe 18, in the toilets and showers 16, connected by
a screwing damp 10. Electricity supply 20. Road 15, cast iron manhole cover 13, near
the curb 14.
Figure 2 : The ground plan of the toilets and showers shows : The ground plan of the toilets
1' as described in patent No 1002769. Ground plan of the showers 2'. This consists
of one door 12', a window 5', an electrical switch 13', an electrical lighting bulb
7', a basin 10', a tap 11', a porcelain shower 3', a water pipe for the shower 14',
adjusting device for warm and cold water 6', a ground siphon 8', a seating bench 9'
stairs 4'.

installations, said facilities together with said electrical and plumbing installations
being directly connected to a central sewer, water supply and electrical supply, whereby
the drains of the facilities lead to sewage outlet pipe (19), with the fitting of
the said first double connecting collar (5) joining said flexible sewage connection
pipe (4) with said sewage outlet pipe (19), an airtight connection between said flexible
sewage connection pipe (4) and said sewer supply pipe (2) being ensured by said second
double connecting collar (3), said sewer supply pipe (2) leading from within said
manhole (11) to said main sewer, the water supply for the facilities coming in through
said central water distribution pipe (18) and said flexible water connection pipe
(9), the latter two being joined together by a screwed link (10) and leading from
said public or private water supply pipe (17), characterized in that, in addition to said toilets (1'), said facilities also comprise showers (2') and
in that the sewage pipes (2, 4) and the water supply pipes (6,9) within the manhole (11)
are separated by a removable watertight partition (22)
