(57) A showcase (1) permits easier replacement of a blower (69) if the blower (69) in a machine chamber (14) should fail. The showcase (1) is equipped with a unit base (3) that provides the bottom surface of the machine chamber (14), a blower (69) provided in the machine chamber (14), and a detachably installed drain pan (68) for receiving drained water. The unit base (3) is provided with a drilled hole (92) that allows the blower (69) to be taken out therethrough, the drilled hole (92) being covered by the drain pan (68).
