Abstract

 This report refers to the development of a garbage bag (1) and an integrated bag frame (2) which keeps the container open without need of any auxiliary devices (bucket, garbage collector, wire holder, etc.), and is disposable together with the bag after use.

[0001] This descriptive report for patent of an utility model refers to the development of a kind of garbage bag and an integrated bag holder which keeps the container open without need of any auxiliary devices (bucket, garbage collector, wire holder, etc.), and is disposable together with the bag after use.

Prior Art

[0002] The use disposable plastic packing for garbage has been multiplying more and more, as sanitary criteria and procedures are introduced in human settlements.

[0003] The care for garbage, starting with the selection of disposable materials which can be recycled, became the decisive point for specialists in urban cleansing, ecologists and environmetalists.

[0004] What is know in terms of plastic packing for the packing disposal of garbage are those plastic bags one puts into an appropriate container which as a bag holder, and, when the bag is completely full of garbage, the bag has to be closed and immediately disposed of, the bag holder (bucket, garbage collector, wire holder, etc.) being kept indefinite reutilization.

[0005] Thus, no kind of self-supporting garbage bag with an integrated holder is a yet know.

Summary of the Invention

[0006] The scope of the idea developed and explained is to create a garbage container with integrated holder, in order not to need any other kind of external auxiliary holder, since the bag itself remains open and ready to receive garbage.

[0007] For the concretization of this idea, a holder of appropriate and flexible material has been constructed to be disposed together with the garbage. Four basic variation have been created:

• With articulated holder and frame with four base points;
• With holder to be fixed on the ground;
• With holder to be fixed on a table, kitchen sink, etc. by suction cup or any other device; and
• With holder to be fixed vertically by suction cup for use in vehicles.

Advantages of the invention

[0008] The garbage container with integrated holder has a series of advantages over the existing conventional methods, such as:

• It has an integrated holder, dispensing any other kind of accessory;
• The holder is disposable together with the garbage, and does not generate worthlesse material;
• There is a series of container options adaptable to the most different situations.

Detailed Description of the invention

[0012] The model includes a plastic bag for trash (1), with a plastic frame integrated to the bag (2) which frame has articulated legs (3), and the bag mouth (4) bound to the frame (5). Both the plastic bag and the frame are disposable.

[0013] There are variations of the basic product, consisting of a stick (6) to be fixed on the ground, in which upper part (7) there are smaller sticks (8) to support the bag (9), which may have a device (10) to fix it to a table, bench or sink or have a suction cup system (11) to fix the trash bag to a car window.

[0014] Thus, the garbage bag integrated to the holder has a series of advantages in relation to the present techniques, besides being an easily accepted product due to its practical characteristics and simple use.

[0015] The model may have other form and shape variations, as long as they keep the same distinctive function characteristics predominant in the basic model.

1. Garbage container with integrated holder, comprising a plastic garbage bag (1) with a plastic frame integrated to the bag (2), which frame has articulated legs (3), and the bag mouth (4) bound to the frame (5). Both the plastic bag and the frame are disposable.
