PURPOSE OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The invention proposed herein relates to a clothes hanger, multiple and having rotary
sections, applicable to windows, from among the extendible clothes hangers, multiple
and rotary, for outdoor use, constructed with a protective, cylindrical enclosure.
[0002] It is characterised in that it incorporates a centre pole top cover, as well as in
that it has rotary sections for hanging, arranged anchored around a perforated tronco-conical
piece supporting on the upper side a rotary annular assembly common to all of them,
which incorporates some sleeves fed-through this annular assembly and with the lower
end of the centre pole threaded to an assembly fastening nut and the upper end fixed
to the wall and in turn supported by the latter.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0003] Outdoor clothes hangers, fixed or extendible, as well as with pulleys and other conventional
similar means are very well known in the state of the art and need no further explanatory
remarks in the respect.
[0004] The applicant is unaware of the existence of window clothes hangers which come with
rotary arms, anchored to a common piece, through which pass as a pole fixed in the
wall and supported by it, having the characteristics of that described hereinafter.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0005] The invention object of the present specification relates to a clothes hanger, multiple
and equipped with a set of rotary sections, applicable to windows, from among the
clothes hangers, multiple and rotary, for outdoor use, constructed with cylindrical
protective enclosure.
[0006] It is characterised in its disposition for mounting against a wall or any other load-bearing
element of a building and, at the same time, its being anchored to the latter, as
well as the incorporation of a chimney cover which serves as the pole top shelter,
freely mounted, in such a manner that it does not impede the free circulation of the
damp air flow produced during the drying process of the washing, in an upward stream
in increasing intensity as the axis is approached and facilitates the escape of air
movement resulting from unexpected gusts of wind and which could damage the hanger.
[0007] This hanger comes with rotary sections on which the washing is hung, said sections
being arranged anchored in an equidistant and conventional manner in an annular rotating
assembly, by lateral insertion, fitted into an internal recess of an axially drilled
piece, providing common support for all of them through the aforesaid annular assembly.
[0008] The annular assembly incorporates a sleeve, between two half-insert pieces and is
held by a nut-locknut arrangement, with lower threaded closure of the assembly with
respect to the common centre pole, the upper end of which is fixed to the wall, anchored
and, at the same time supported against said wall with two lower arms, in vertical
alignment or not.
[0009] Above this piece, in a fixed constitution with respect to the centre pole, with its
upper end anchored conventionally on the upper oblique face thereof, is mounted a
large, translucent awning, for the purpose of permitting sunlight to pass after filtering
out the UV rays, as well as being provided on the underside, anchored to a rim thereof,
with an external circumferential profile, from which hang the curtains that define
the generators of this cylindrical structure, providing protection from dust and inclement
weather and facilitating the chimney effect together with the mobile chimney top.
[0010] The awning is divided into sectors of a circle by a series of radial sections and
has, at least, one of these sectors hinged, for the purpose of permitting the user
to introduce and remove the washing.
DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0011] To complete this description of the present invention and in order to facilitate
the best and most straightforward understanding of the characteristics thereof, this
specification is accompanied with a set of drawings forming an integral part thereof,
in which drawings are shown in an illustrative and not restrictive manner, the following:
Figure 1 shows a view in section of a side elevation of the hanger in cylindrical
construction, of the present invention.
Figure 2 shows a top view of the hanger with its arm, as well as a detail of the finish
of the radial section insertion and of the translucent awning.
PREFERRED IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INVENTION
[0012] In the light of the foregoing statements, the present invention relates to a clothes
hanger, multiple and with rotary sections for carrying washing, applicable to windows,
from among those of construction with cylindrical protective enclosure, with centre
pole and means for external protective covering, essentially characterised in that
its disposition is supported on a load-bearing element of a building and, at the same
time, it is anchored to this, based on an arm (1) bent or split, fixed to the wall
(2) or similar and which has two brackets (3) and which includes on the axis a top
(4), free to move vertically, to permit the drying air flow (5) to pass, and is also
provided with rotary sections for hanging, inserted internally or welded, in a radial
arrangement, with respect to a sleeve (6) having at each extremity a half-insert (6.1),
in symmetrical and specular configuration, of nylon, for the purpose of facilitating
the rotation of the sections (8) and mounted between two washers (6.2).
[0013] The upper washer (6.2) sustains a piece (7) perforated axially and transversally
fixed to the arm (1) by means of a threaded screw (14) running through the latter.
[0014] The pole or arm (1), threaded at the bottom, incorporates the assembly which, on
the underside, is held by a nut-locknut arrangement (9) with securing washer (9.1),
the radial sections (10) of the awning being anchored (10.1) to the upper face of
the piece (7), said sections being of tubular construction and doubly vaned, and supporting
another tubular section (11), inserted in a rim of this section (10) and configured
identically to it, as well as arranged at right angles and which constitutes the external
circumference, from which are suspended the protective curtains (12) which also facilitate
the chimney effect together with the top (4).
[0015] The diametrical vanes of the section (10) hold some pieces (13) in the form of circular
sectors, transparent or translucent, all being stiff, except for one which is hinged
(13.1), for the purpose of introducing and recovering the washing.
[0016] The essential nature of this invention is not altered by variation in materials,
form, size and arrangement of the constituent elements, described in a non-restrictive
manner, sufficient for an expert in the subject to proceed to its replication.
1. Clothes hanger, multiple and having rotary sections applicable to windows, of among
those constructed with cylindrical protective enclosure, with centre pole and external
protective cover, essentially characterised in its disposition supported by a load-bearing
element of a building and, at the same time, being anchored to the latter, based on
a curved or split arm (1) fastened to the wall (2) or similar and which has two supports
(3) and constituted on the pole is a top cover (4), free to move vertically, for passage
of the drying air flow (5), and also provided with rotary sections (8) for hanging,
of internal insertion or welded, in a radial arrangement, with respect to a sleeve
(6) with two specular symmetric half-inserts (6.1) at the ends and positioned between
two washers (6.2).
2. Clothes hanger, multiple and having rotary sections applicable to windows, in accordance
with the previous claim, characterised in that the upper washer (6.2) supports a member (7), axially perforated and transversally
fixed to the arm (1) by means of a threaded screw (14) running through the latter.
3. Clothes hanger, multiple and having rotary sections applicable to windows, in accordance
with the previous claim, characterised in that the pole or arm (1), threaded at the bottom, incorporates into the assembly which,
at the bottom, is held by a nut-locknut arrangement (9) with securing washer (9.1),
the radial sections (10) of the awning being anchored (10.1) to the upper face of
the piece (7), said sections being of tubular form and doubly vaned, offering support
for another tubular section (11), inserted in a recess of this section (10) and configured
identically thereto, as well as positioned at right angles and which constitutes the
outside circumference, from which hang the curtains (12), for protection and facilitating
the chimney effect together with the top (4) and the pieces (13), the latter being
arranged in circular sectors, translucent and all of them rigid, except for one which
is hinged (13.1), for the purpose of introducing and removing the washing, as well
as being supported by the diametric vanes of the section (10).
