(54) Hydraulic crane


(57) A hydraulic crane comprising a control system for controlling different crane functions for the performance of different types of working operations, and an arrangement for regulating the maximum allowed lifting force of the crane (1), said arrangement comprising means (32, 33) for continuos registration of which crane functions that are being controlled via the control system, and a processing unit (33) adapted to identify, based on these registrations, the performed working operation as being of a,certain type among a number of predetermined types of working operations. The processing unit (33) being arranged to determine a, for the time being, maximum allowed lifting force of the crane (1) in dependence on the identified type of working operation. The invention also relates to a method for regulation of the maximum allowed lifting force of a hydraulic crane (1).
