(57) A sheet regenerating device 10 has a dip station 14 that applies a liquid 34 to a sheet 26 with a printing material, a remove station 16 that removes the printing material to which the liquid has been applied by the dip station, and a dehumidified air supply station 100 that supplies a dehumidified air to the sheet before the application of the liquid and/or after the removal of the printing material.
