(57) A lamppost (10, 20) for street lighting, comprising a post (11) which supports an optical luminous set (12, 22), where an optical luminous set (12, 22) and the lamppost (11) consist of a transparent material. The lamppost (11) is of a triangular equilateral section, and is hollow inside in order to allow for the passage of power and signal cables, as well as the positioning of the terminal box and the fuses.
