(57) Heat exchanger (30), comprising a thermopositive core part (31) and thermopositive heat transfer elements (32), which are wires, bristles, fibers, strips or equivalent, preferably copper wires or carbon fibers. The heat transfer wires are squeezed between tubes or rods twisted about each other.
