(57) IMPROVED DECKCHAIR, constituted by a monobloc chassis (1), a back (2) and an adjustable,
articulating support frame (3) of the back (2) that has openings (4) on its front
and back crosspieces capable of attaching the ends of a canvas provided with orifices
or perimetral buttonholes (5a) which, together with other orifices (6) surrounding
the deckchair, permit securing the canvas by means of zigzag lacing (7). Another row
of orifices (8) has been provided on said front and back crosspieces for alternate
mounting of small boards (9) that are also transversally secured by tongue and groove
means to alternately replace the canvas. The chassis (1) is flat with rounded edges,
with the peculiarity that three different performance alternatives (1a, 1b, 1c) can
be obtained from the same mold by means of respective changes in the central part
of the mold, thus permitting its stacking (Figures 10 and 11).
