(57) The method for forming metal frames for reinforced concrete entails arranging stirrups (12) with a closed or open profile so that they are substantially ordered and adjacent in a magazine (2) and fixing to each one of the stirrups (12), which are spaced appropriately, at least one internal longitudinal rod (11, 13), so as to form a frame or lattice (15) that is intermediate with respect to the final formation of a frame.
