(57) A composite panel, having a wood surface, specifically designed for making furniture pieces, walls, doors and other articles of manufacture, comprises a first and a second plate-like element, so coupled as to be substantially parallel to one another, through an interposition of a corrugated coupling element, made of a metal material.
At least the first plate-like element is made of wood material such as plywood, Faesite™, MDF, hardboard, natural wood, and the like.
