(57) The present invention relates to a hood capable of being matched to the chimney according to variable installation modes, characterised by the fact that it has two or more parallel holes in longitudinal direction for the introduction of the lower opening of the fume exhaust chimney of the hood, together with one or more lids used to close one of the holes of the hood.
