(54) Method of making multi-layer optical recording medium


(57) A multi-layer optical recording medium includes a light transmissive intermediate layer. This intermediate layer is formed by at least two times of laminating steps. The recording medium has smaller bending, and the intermediate layer has uniform thickness.
