Pre-fabricated concrete niche

Abstract

 Pre-fabricated vibrated concrete niche referred to having two paralels slots (C) in the bottom side (D) Fig2, where will be inserted two paralels teeth (A) in the upper side (E) Fig. 1 of the niche and, in this way, will be possible to surmonting several niches mading a solid structure without fixing the niches with cement or others products. Ithe mobility of this niche is garanted for two slots in the bottom part (B) Fig. 1-2 just mde with the right size to recive an elevator also if surmonted,: In this way will be possible to reorganize the space in the cementery or, if necesary to move it in a different place without destroing the niches or opening them.
As the niche is produced in just one piece and a cover will be complitly water resistant giving the opportunity to use it also under grownd.

Description

[0001] This invention concerns a pre-fabricated concrete niche, for the construction industry, thanks to which is possible to have better results comparing with the niches produced till the moment. Its improvement make their construction easier and increase their uses, resistance and mobility.

HISTORY OF THE INVENTION

[0002] We already known the niches built in place, cementery, made with bricks and cement or concrete-bricks and cement, whitewashed into the internal part to made them waterproof, with the classical appereance of a bilding with several floors, tipical in the mediterranean area.

[0003] The niche built into the ground, in one or two levels, is also a current solution in the north of Europe or other countries, where the cementery are "open" with big dimensions and like a park with a lot of trees. In both cases we are analizing fixed structures where it is not possible to reorganize the space between them when built up, and with a considerable cost for their construction.

DESCRIPCION OF THE INVENTION

[0004] The concrete pre-fabricated niche is composed of a cubical part as long as a classical niche and a cover to close it.

[0005] The niche is provided with two paralel slots on the bottom's longer side and two teeth in the upper opposite side, exactly in the same position of the slots. This make possible surmonting several niches and create a solid structure without using any cement or other fixing material

[0006] Two more slots with the right dimension to use an elevator, to move the niche are in the bottom's larger side, perpendicular respected the fist ones and crossing them. This will make possible to move the niche in the future.

On the bottom part (D) Fig.2, exactly in the same position of the teeth (A), is possible to see the slots (C). In the bottom part (D) Fig.2 is possible to observe two others slots (B) crossing the other ones (C).

DESCRIPTION TO REALIZE THE OBJECT

[0010] The niche is made with vibrated concrete in casts.

[0011] The materials used to produce the niche, in respect to the concrete, that could be made with stones of any dimencions and form, will be independent from the object of the invencion. Also independent from the object of the invencion will be the modificacions in the dimencions and form of the niche if the caracteristics will not be changed.

1. Pre-fabricated vibrated concrete niche referred to having two paralels slots (C) in the bottom side (D) Fig2, where will be inserted two paralels teeth (A) in the upper side (E) Fig. 1 of the niche and, in this way, will be possible to surmont several niches making a solid structure without fixing the niches with cement or others products. The mobility of this niche is garanted from two slots in the bottom part (B) Fig. 1-2 just made with the right size to recive an elevator also if surmonted,: In this way will be possible to reorganize the space in the cementery or, if necesary to move it in a different place without destroing the niches or opening them.
As the niche is produced in just one piece and the cover is complite water-proof and it gives the opportunity to use it also under ground.
