(54)	Electromechanical handle unit for opening the boot, or similar compartment, of a motor-vehicle

(57) A hollow frame (1) adapted to be attached to the boot accommodates a box-like member (9) inside which there is provided a lever (17) actuating a switch (12). A front side of the box-like member is coupled to a corresponding edge of a flexible closing membrane (16). The membrane (16) and the lever (17) are provided in the form of a single composite elastic shape-memory member that normally keeps the lever (17) in the resting position thereof and enables it to rotate about a fulcrum (18), so as to actuate said switch (12), under a movement of elastic deformation of said composite member (16, 17).
