(57) An optical information recording medium including a substrate having successively disposed thereon a recording layer, an interlayer, a pressure sensitive adhesive layer and a cover film in which information is recordable and reproducible by irradiating laser light and the pressure sensitive adhesive layer contains a polymer having a glass transition temperature Tg of 0°C or lower, as well as a method for producing an optical information recording medium including adhering a cover layer to a surface of a recording layer so that a pressure sensitive adhesive layer is abutted on the surface of the recording layer, and an optical information recording medium produced by the method.
