Hovas universal L-bracket |
(57) The invention is related to the careful, quick and effective way of mounting of central
heating panels and walls. Experience through practice teaches us that mounting of
heating panels can bring a lot off troubles. Causes of this are the lack of space and diversities in many sorts and models of heating
panels. This new invention exists out of 4 parts: 3 synthetic parts and 1 steal part. The
advantages of this new system can be called as followed: you won't have to mount or
demount the heating panels several times by fastening on a wall because this is an
universal, adjustable hanging system for heating panels.

|
[0001] The invention is related to the careful, quick and effective way of mounting of central
heating panels and walls. This invention consists of four parts, namely:
1. Top sliding piece (drawing 2);
2. Fastening piece (drawing 2);
3. L-beam (drawing 2)
4. Safety slide (drawing 3).
[0002] The parts 1, 2 and 5 have made from synthetic material and part 3 has been made from
steel.
[0003] The product works as follows: first the premounting (drawing 2). Part 1 is snapped
into part 2. Subsequently the whole is snapped into the L-beam (part 3).
[0004] Then part 5 (drawing 3) is snapped into the L-beam in such a way that the teeth are
in the upper holes of the L-beam. This is shown on drawing 1 with A.
[0005] This unit is subsequently mounted to the wall.
[0006] In this stage the great advantage of the system in question is coming up: after fastening
the product to the wall, you take a spirit level and hold it against the stops (part
4 on drawing 2) below and at the top.
[0007] By moving part 1 forward or backward you can take care that you know in advance whether
the central heating panel has been mounted level.
[0008] Moving part 1 is done by means of pressing pawl B (drawing 2). When pressing the
pawl the retaining ring will be released and consequently part 1 can be moved. In
this way the system is offering a great advantage over all existing systems, like
the necessity of justifying and consequently demounting and mounting of the central
heating panels several times.
1. The invention concerns the careful, quick, effective and correct way of mounting of
central heating panels. The system is composed of four parts, which are premounted.
The parts 1, 2 and 5 have been made from synthetic material and are referred to as
A.B.S., nylon, P.C., P.P., H.D.P.E. and other materials, suitable for the purpose.
Part 5 is a steel L-beam, which has been pretreated by means of hot dip galvanisation.
Part 1 can be moved by means of pressing pawl B, about 6 mm forwards and about 6 mm
backward. In mounted condition and after suspending the central heating panel, part
5 can be shifted downward and can no longer be shifted in upward direction because
of the teeth. In this way you can carefully, quickly, effectively and correctly mount
a central heating panel.
The product can be supplied in all existing colours.
