OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The present invention relates to a container box for packaged Spanish omelettes,
of among the laminar boxes for packaging individual products.
[0002] This invention is characterised in a special construction of the sheet that incorporates
two main bases and the upper of these is provided with three lateral extensions, one
central for internal closing and two others for external closing of the box, as well
as two wide central perforations of these bases, the upper circular and wider and
the lower square, of the lower bases.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0003] The boxes or containers of individual products are widely known and employed, for
which reason no additional information is required in this respect.
[0004] The applicaht is unaware of the existence of registrations or of boxes on the market
that show the product that they contain with the clarity of that which is presented,
the upper circular window of which gives, also, a representative indication of the
product it contains and the lower window of which allows one to know at a glance the
rest of the information concerning the same.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0005] The present invention refers to a container box for packaged Spanish omelettes, of
among all those boxes of laminar origin, stamped, perforated and punched, intended
for the production of containers of individual products, preferably foodstuffs.
[0006] This invention is characterised in a special construction of the sheet, mono- or
multi-laminar, that incorporates two large identical and consecutive pieces that constitute
the two main bases of this box of square lenticular shape and of broadly rounded corners.
[0007] The upper base, is provided with three broad central extensions of its lateral edges,
one arranged centrally which is that which performs the internal closing of the two
bases on their opposing free edges and, another two, constituted as a means of external
closing of the box.
[0008] Likewise it comes with two broad central perforations of these bases, circular and
wider that of the upper base, covering practically the entirety thereof, except for
a small space occupying the width of the flaps in the area of the perforation closest
thereto.
[0009] The other perforation of the lower bases is square, also central and of much smaller
size than the circular one, this perforation being sufficient to read the label accompanying
the product, indicating compliance with the appropriate health standards, the ingredients
employed and the rest of the information habitually found, calories of the contents,
date of packing and expiry, etc.
DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0010] The present descriptive specification is completed with a set of drawings, illustrating
the preferred embodiment of the invention and in no way restrictive.
Figure 1 shows the sheet, after stamping, perforating and punching, ready for its
initial assembly.
Figure 2 is a top perspective view of the box after it has been closed.
PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
[0011] In the light of the foregoing exposition, the present invention relates to a container
box for packaged Spanish omelettes, though its application is not discarded for other
foodstuffs of similar shape, of among the laminar perforated, stamped and punched
boxes for packaging individual products, characterised in that the sheet, mono- or
multi-laminar, of square lenticular shape and of broadly rounded corners (1), incorporates
two large bases, an upper one (2), is provided with three wide central extensions
of its lateral edges, a central one (3), for internal closing of the upper base (2)
and of the lower base (6) by their opposing free edges and two lateral symmetrical
flaps (4) and (5) for external closing of the box, the upper base (2) having a central
broad circular perforation (2.1), while the lower base (6) has a smaller square and
also central perforation (6.1).
[0012] The essential nature of this invention is not altered by variations in materials,
forms, size and disposition of the component elements, described in a non-restrictive
manner, sufficient for an expert to proceed to its reproduction.
1. Container box for packaged Spanish omelettes, of among the laminar boxes, stamped,
perforated and punched, for packaging of individual products characterised in that the sheet, mono- or multi-laminar, of square lenticular shape, and of broadly rounded
corners (1), incorporates two large bases, an upper one (2), is provided with three
broad central extensions of its lateral edges, the central one (3), for internal closing
of the upper base (2) and of the lower base (6) by their opposing free edges and two
lateral symmetrical flaps (4) and (5), for external closing of the box, the upper
base (2) having a central broad circular perforation (2.1), while the lower base (6)
has a smaller perforation (6.1) square and also central.
