OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The present invention relates to a box - container for prepared foodstuffs, of among
the different packaging for prepared foodstuff products.
[0002] This invention is characterised in a special construction of the regular rectangular
prismatic box - container, in two pairs of larger and smaller rectangular pieces,
arranged consecutively and joined with a closing flap, extension of one of the larger
bases, while other extensions orthogonal to this, from each of the other opposing
outer smaller faces, by overlapping, are those that determine the closing of the shorter
sides in this prismatic piece.
[0003] Likewise there are two perforations in irregular half moon form on the upper base
and the upper flap thereof has a curved slot that determines a fluke and a means of
hanging the present box - container.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0004] Cardboard boxes of laminar origin have been widely employed for decades, especially
in the foodstuffs sector, for bulk or prepared products, as well as among these for
individual items or helpings.
[0005] The applicant is unaware of the existence of boxes - containers on the market having
the characteristics of that which is described below.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0006] The present invention relates to a box - container for prepared foodstuffs, of among
all those different closed cardboard containers that contain any type of prepared
foodstuff products.
[0007] This invention is characterised in a special construction of the box - container,
in regular rectangular prismatic form, based on two pairs of larger and smaller rectangular
pieces, the alternate ones of identical size and all of them arranged consecutively.
[0008] Its highly elongated tubular form of rectangular section is closed by means of an
internal flap, constituted as an extension of the lateral rims of one of the larger
bases, specifically the free one.
[0009] Other extensions orthogonal to this flap, of all and each of the other smaller faces
of both double pairs of rectangular pieces and that come located on opposing extremities
close the shorter sides of this prismatic piece, by consecutive overlapping of the
larger prolongations over both smaller prolongations.
[0010] Likewise there are two consecutive perforations, of the upper base of the prism in
irregular half moon form and of body extended on the longitudinal axis and the other
perforation, incorporated in the upper flap of this upper base that appears in the
form of a wide curved transversal slot, thickening toward its extremities and that
determines, on one hand, a fluke that is constituted in upper prolongation of this
upper base and, on the other, a means of hanging the present box - container, in handle
form.
DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0011] The present descriptive specification is completed with a set of drawings, illustrating
the preferred embodiment of the invention and in no way restrictive.
Figure 1 is a sheet, according to the object of the invention, after stamping, slotting,
perforating and punching.
Figure 2 is a perspective view of the box - container once completed and without having
received the product internally.
PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
[0012] In the light of the foregoing exposition, the present invention relates to a box
- container for prepared foodstuffs, of among the closed cardboard types in regular
rectangular prismatic form, characterised in having two pairs of larger rectangular
pieces (1) and (2) and other two smaller pieces (3), the alternate ones of identical
size and all of them arranged consecutively, the piece (2) having an internal flap
(5) for lateral closing of the sheet, in rectangular tube form, while other extensions
(2.1), orthogonal to this flap (5), are shown located on opposite extremities and
begin the closing of the shorter sides of this prismatic piece, by consecutive overlapping
of the larger extensions (2.1), over the smaller prolongations (3.1) of the smaller
pieces (3).
[0013] A perforation (6) is provided in the form of an irregular half moon and of body extended
on the longitudinal axis of the upper piece (1) of the prism and another perforation
(8) is incorporated in the upper extension of this upper piece (1), in form of a wide
curved transversal slot, of wider extremities and which determines a fluke (7), upper
prolongation of the upper piece (1) and a handle (4) of alternative use, as an upper
closing over the other larger extension (2.1) or for hanging the box - container in
a display unit.
[0014] The essential nature of this invention is not altered by variation in materials,
form, size and disposition of the component elements, described in a non-restrictive
way, sufficient for an expert to proceed to its reproduction.
1. - Box - container for prepared foodstuffs, of among the closed cardboard type and
in regular rectangular prismatic form, characterised in having two pairs of rectangular pieces, the larger ones being (1) and (2) and the
other smaller one (3), the alternate ones of identical size and all of them arranged
consecutively, the piece (2) having an internal flap (5) that closes the sheet laterally
in a rectangular tube, while other extensions (2.1), orthoqonal to this flap (5),
are shown located on opposing extremities and begin the closing of the shorter sides
of this prismatic piece, by consecutive overlapping of the larger extensions (2.1),
over the smaller prolongations (3.1) of the smaller pieces (3), while a perforation
(6) is provided in form of an irregular half moon and of body extended on the longitudinal
axis of the upper piece (1) of the prism and another perforation (8) is incorporated
in the upper extension of this upper piece (1), in form of a wide curved transversal
slot, of wider extremities and which determines a fluke (7), upper prolongation of
the upper piece (1) and a handle (4) of alternative use, as an upper closing over
the other larger extension (2.1) or for hanging the box - container in a display unit.
