< b < 3; and 0 ≤ pc < 3, so that the charge of the M
3+ metal ion is balanced; and when n is 4, then a, b and c each comprise a rational
number as follows: 0 ≤ a < 2; 0 < b < 4; and 0 ≤ pc < 4, so that the charge of the
