(57) A carton and blank for forming a carton comprising a first panel (54) with a first access opening (84) and a slidable panel (74) slidably disposed under the first panel for opening and closing the opening or cut-out. The slidable panel has a second access opening (72) in overlapping arrangement with the first opening to define a distribution aperture which is adjusted in size by moving the second opening relative the first opening.
