    Description

[0001] The internal combustion engines and burners of a lot of calorific applications are fed with fuel fluids, which are mainly burnt during the operation process of the corresponding apparatus, but some proportion is not burnt, partly due to the qualities of the fuel itself, which rebounds in a consumption above the real use and in a polluting effect due to the unburnt fuel which is ejected with the residual exhaust fumes.

[0002] Such circumstances have brought about the investigation of solutions to solve the mentioned inconveniences of the excess of consumption and the polluting consequences, without having up to now reached a satisfactory solution of the mentioned problem. ES 1035 304 discloses a fuel economizer according to the preamble of claim 1.

[0003] In this sense, according to the present invention, a fuel economizer is proposed, with which very important functional advantages are reached to improve the qualities of the fuels, referring to their combustion, managing a reduction in the proportion of the same which remains without burning during the use.

[0004] The invention provides a fuel economizer according to claim 1.

[0005] This way a device is reached whose internal magnetic elements vibrate within the tubular bodies during the operation of the apparatus of application, hitting the balls against the ends of the magnetic bars, with which a distortion of the magnetic field is produced, which gives rise to the fact that on the fuel which passes through the coiled pipe, a magnetic impulse is produced in the area of the spire change between the two tubular bodies.

[0006] With it the particular conditions of the fuel are altered in a favourable sense for the combustion itself, with which a reduction of about 50 % is reached in the proportion of the fuel which is not burnt and which leaves expelled with the exhaust fumes, giving rise, at the same time, to a reduction of about 75 % in the production of the expelled carbon monoxide.

[0007] These effects obviously bring about a better use of the used fuel, as the unburnt amount is less, reaching an economy of about 15 % of the fuel for a same yield of the apparatus of application; while, on the other hand, the polluting effect on the environment is notably reduced. ,

[0008] In view of which, the mentioned economizer object of the invention certainly has some very advantageous features, acquiring own life and preferable character in the function for which it is destined.

Figure 1 shows a perspective of the external aspect of the preconized economizer.

Figure 2 is an amplified perspective of the internal module of the economizer.

Figure 3 is a sectioned view of the functional module of the economizer without the pipe for the fuel passage.

Figure 4 is a detail in amplified section of the end of one of the tubular bodies of the functional module of the economizer.

[0009] The invention refers to a fuel economizer, to be applied for internal combustion engines and burners of liquid fuel, whose function is to improve the qualities of the fuel for its combustion, and to reduce the proportion of fuel which is not used because it is not burnt and the resulting polluting effect.

[0010] The mentioned economizer is made up of a functional module (1) which is housed inside a body (2) of isolating material, which can have any appropriate shape to hold the module (1) inside.

[0011] The module (1) is on the other hand made up of a structure, also of isolating material, which determines two parallel and separate tubular bodies (3) and (4), at a certain distance one from the other, remaining the mentioned bodies (3) and (4) closed at its ends by means of both covers (5) and (6) which be a one piece structure for both bodies (3) and (4) and which can be a solidary structure with them or fixed in an accessory way.

[0012] The mentioned structure made by the set of tubular bodies (3 and 4) and the covers (5 and 6), is made up in 60 % of glass fibre and 40 % of nylon, with which the necessary features of resistance and of isolating nature are reached.

[0013] Within the tubular bodies (3) and (4) some magnetic bars (7) are included and moreover some balls (8) also of magnetic material which are supported on the ends of the mentioned bars (7), in the way represented on figure 3, remaining the set of these bars (7) and the respective balls (8) with freedom of movement inside the corresponding bodies (3) and (4).

[0014] The bars (7) are foreseen in an alloy of cobalt, aluminium, nickel and iron, with a cylindric shape having a diameter of 21 millimetre and a length of 140 millimetre; while the balls (8) are foreseen in magnetic stainless steel, with a spherical shape with a diameter of 12 millimetre; all in relation with the interior dimensions of the bodies (3) and (4) so that the set included in each of them has freedom of movement.

[0015] The mentioned bars (7) are situated in the bodies (3) and (4) with their magnetic orientation in parallel, having the end bases rectified to mirror finish, so that the tails (8) are supported on the mentioned bases with a punctual contact.

[0016] That disposition makes that because of the movement in the practical application of the device, the bars (7) and the balls (8) move inside the bodies (3) and (4) in such a way that the balls (8) realize a vibration hitting on the corresponding ends of the bars (7), in the way represented on figure 4, which produces a distortion of the magnetic field.

[0017] Around the bodies (3) and (4) a coiled pipe (9) is situated, which is foreseen of copper, with an exterior diameter of 8 millimetre and an interior diameter of 6 millimetre, determining the mentioned pipe (9) a series of spires (10) in one sense around the body (3) and a different number of spires (11) in the opposite sense around the body (4), in the way represented on figure 2.

[0018] In the application of use the pipe (9) is connected to the duct of the corresponding fuel, before it reaches the burner or engine of application, so that when the mentioned fuel passes through the mentioned pipe (9), in the area of the exchange of the spires between the bodies (3) and (4) it receives a magnetic impulsion, with which the qualities of the fuel are altered, favouring the conditions for the combustion, in the way that a reduction in the proportion of the fuel which is not burnt and expelled with the exhaust fumes is obtained.
