The stator (12, 112) is provided in this first chamber (19, 119). In addition, a rotor-turbine assembly (11, 111) is induced by the stator (12, 112) to drive a fluid from the inlet (15, 115) to the outlet (16, 116), the rotor and the turbine being integral and wholly located in the second chamber (17, 117).
