(57) The invention relates to a frame, for instance for a window or a door, which frame comprises at least one frame member (4), at least one hollow cover profile (15) arranged on the frame member (4), and first fixing means (18,19) for fixing the position of the cover profile and for preventing a rotation of the cover profile in longitudinal direction, wherein the cover profile further comprises at least one positioning protrusion (20) for at least partly positioning the cover profile (15) relative to the frame member (4).
