(54) Biosensor for determining low density cholesterol


(57) The sensor is capable of accurately and simply measuring LDL cholesterol with only a one-time supply of a sample. A substrate of the biosensor carries cholesterol esterase, cholesterol oxidase or cholesterol dehydrogenase, a reagent for bringing a selective enzyme reaction with LDL, peroxidase, and a dye source.
