(57) The invention provides a cylinder head of an internal combustion engine which can enhance the productivity while ensuring a favorable flow of cooling water and can reduce the weight thereof.
To achieve this, a plurality of plug hole walls 91 which form plug holes 90 in the inside of a head-side water jacket 60 of a head body 41 are provided and, at the same time, partition walls 100 which connect the plug hole walls 91 with each other are formed in the inside of the head-side water jacket 60.
