(54)	Vehicle passenger compartment air conditioning system and relative air conditioning panel

(57) The system includes at least one panel (16) fitted to at least one wall (8) of the passenger compartment (5) of the vehicle. The panel (16) includes a heat exchanger (17) defined by a number of capillary tubes (19) communicating with a circuit (18) having a feed pipe (23) and a drain pipe (24). A conditioning fluid circulates in the circuit (18) and is selectively heated or cooled. The panel (16) also includes a layer of insulating material (28) connected to the capillary tubes (19) to form a gap (29) in which the air in the passenger compartment (5) circulates. The panel (16) also includes a layer of sweat fabric (31) opposite the insulating layer (28). The insulating layer is fitted with fastening means (32) for assembly to the wall (8), so that the layer of sweat fabric (31) forms the upholstery of the passenger compartment (5).
